The kids and I were preparing for Christmas and painting wooden ornaments as a craft project. One of the ornaments was a
reindeer, which we painted dark brown with red glitter paint for the tip of the nose. I placed the reindeer that I had just
completed on a tray to dry and for some reason put the tray on my chair.
I helped a couple of the children and then sat down on my chair...instantly realizing that I had just sat on the freshly
painted reindeer. OOPS! I was wearing khaki colored pants and had a perfect imprint of the reindeer complete with his red
glitter nose on my bottom! We all laughed so hard. I was going to change my pants after the mishap, but the children begged me
to leave them on so their parents could see "Lori's Reindeer.” The children started giggling every single time they stood
behind me. As I was tucking the children in for their afternoon naps, one of the little girls said to me, "Lori, you STILL
have your reindeer bottom!" And the giggles started all over again.
It was a pretty funny day at my house.
